How does the Quantem license work?


The license price is based on the number of devices. You have to purchase licenses in order to experience all the services after your trial period is over, however, we want to help startups and small organizations hence up to 25 licenses are free forever. Once you cross 25 device licenses, you start paying the license fee for all devices active under your portal. You pay only for the devices you manage with Quantem.


How do I start the Free Trial?


Create a free account by providing basic details using the “Try for free” link anywhere on

our website. You will get full access for a trial period of 21 days. No credit card information

is required at this point.


How does the 21-day free trial work?


After you sign up, you can access all the features in the Advanced plan for 21 days. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with Quantem before you buy the product. At any point during your trial, you can add your credit card to purchase any plan of your choice.


What happens to my data after my Trial is over?


As we said, It's your data after all! We want you to be with Quantem because you love using our product, not because your data is stuck in it. You can export all your information from Quantem any time you need, in any plan. Once the trial is over, the data will get transferred to the plan you subscribe. Or it will get deleted if you wish not to continue after the trial period is over.


How can I request a quote?


Contact sales@quantem.io for a personalized quote or you can provide your details in the contact us form. We will send you a quote in your email.


What types of payment do you accept?


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. We will not be able to accept purchase orders over the phone. All of our offline payments follow USD pricing.


Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?


Yes, you can choose to upgrade your subscription instantly. If you wish to downgrade or cancel your subscription, you can do so at the end of your term. Click on ‘Subscription’ in your Quantem account to modify your subscription details.


How safe is my data?


We take security seriously and shortly you will get an option to choose your data center

from the get-go. Our servers are hosted in world-class data centers that are protected by

biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to

date with the latest security patches. All Quantem plans include SSL for encryption, for

FREE, to keep your data safe.


Do you have any cancellation fees?


No. Quantem is just a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. You

can cancel whenever you want but your cancellation will come into effect only after the end of your term.
