Integrate Azure Active Directory

To configure Azure Active Directory with Quantem, follow the steps given below:

1. Sign in to the Azure portal for your directory and copy the Directory (Tenant) ID (Azure Active Directory > Properties).

2. Login to your Quantem admin portal.

3. Navigate to Integration > Azure AD(Microsoft Entra) > Add and configure as shown in the screen below.

4. You will have the following options to be configured.

• Tenant Id / Domain name: Enter the Directory ID copied in step 1 that you want to synchronize with Quantem.

5. Click on Configure.

6. You will be asked to sign in with your Azure portal user credentials.

7. It will display the listed permissions to the Quantem Azure Directory Services.

8. Click Accept.

9. Azure AD is configured. You can now sync the Active Directory with Quantem.

Schedule sync

Quantem allows IT admin to decide how often they wish to sync the Azure AD with Quantem.

• Admins can choose to initiate sync either daily or on a weekly basis.
• Select the days of the week or choose a specific time of a day for the sync to occur.
  

Delete AD domain

Quantem allows IT admin to remove their Azure AD domain from the portal with ease.

1. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of Azure AD integration tile.

2. A confirmation message will be displayed and ask for confirmation to delete the AD integration.

3. After confirmation, the Azure AD will be deleted from Quantem.
