Zero touch Enrollment

You can enroll your devices into Quantem MDM using Zero touch method by following the below steps.

1. Click on the link 'Link zero-touch account to emm provider' at the top of the screen as shown below.

2. Sign-in with a valid account as shown below. 


3. After successful login, a screen will be displayed with the list of available accounts as shown below. 


4. Choose the account to link.  All devices in the account will be linked to your EMM provider.

5. Zero-touch account linked success message will be displayed as shown below. Click the Next button.

6. In the ‘Add support info’ screen as shown below, enter details like Company name, email, phone and click ‘Save’ button.



7. Zero-touch linked accounts screen will be displayed as shown below. Click on the ‘View devices in the zero-touch portal’ link in the screen. 


8. Zero-touch configuration screen will be displayed as shown below. 


9. Add a new configuration by clicking the ‘+’ symbol at the top.

10. Enter details like configuration name, EMM DPC (Android device policy), DPC extras (copy the JSON generated in the admin console in this field), Company name, Support email, Support phone number and click the ‘Add’ button.




11. Repeat steps 9 & 10 mentioned above to create the required configurations.

12. Click on the ‘Devices’ menu in the left and update the required configuration name for each of the devices as shown below.

 

 13. Alternatively, can use ‘Upload batch configurations’ menu by clicking the three dots and do bulk upload in the required format.

14. The zero-touch configuration is completed and during the booting of the devices, the configured policy and apps will be applied on devices.
