Zero Touch Enrollment allows you to automatically enroll Android devices into the management platform with zero manual intervention. When devices are powered on for the first time, they are automatically configured and enrolled based on your pre-defined settings.

Overview

Zero Touch Enrollment streamlines device deployment by linking your zero-touch account with the admin console. Once configured, devices ordered through authorized resellers are automatically set up with your organization's policies and apps when powered on.

Prerequisites

  • A valid Google account with zero-touch enrollment enabled

  • Access to the zero-touch partner dashboard

  • Admin access to the Quantem console

Linking your zero-touch account

  1. In the admin console, go to Enrollment > Android > Zero touch.

  2. Click the link Link zero-touch account to EMM provider at the top of the screen.

  3. Click Next to proceed.

  4. Sign in with your Google account credentials (the account associated with your zero-touch enrollment).

  5. After successful login, a list of available accounts is displayed. Select the account you wish to link. All devices in this account will be connected to your EMM provider.
