Device Overview

The Device section under Manage lists all enrolled devices in your organization, allowing admins to monitor device status and view key device information from a single view.

How to Access

Log in to the Quantem Console
From the left navigation, click Manage
Click on Device

All enrolled devices will be listed under Manage > Device.

Device List Fields

Field	Description
Alias Name	Display name of the device assigned during enrollment
Serial Number	Unique hardware serial number of the device
Last App Sync	Date and time the device last synced with the Quantem server
IMEI 1	Primary IMEI number. Displays " - " for Wi-Fi only devices
Make	Device manufacturer (e.g., Samsung, Lenovo, Google, Rockchip)
Online Status	Current communication status — Online, Offline, or NA
OS Version	Android OS version running on the device
Model	Hardware model of the device (e.g., Pixel 8, SM-S9, rk3288)

Online Status Indicators

Status	Color	Meaning
Online	Green	Device is actively communicating with the server
Offline	Red	Device has lost communication with the server
NA	Grey	Device status cannot be determined

Available Controls

Control	Description
Enroll Device	Add a new device to the console
Filter	Filter devices by status, make, OS, group, etc.
Search	Search for a device by name or serial number
Refresh	Fetch the latest device data from the server
Column Visibility	Show or hide specific columns in the list
Three-dot Menu ( ⋮ )	Perform actions on an individual device
