URL Filtering

The URL Filtering feature in the Quantem Console allows admins to control which websites end users can access on managed kiosk devices. Using the Whitelist option, only the defined permitted websites will be accessible on the device — all other URLs are blocked. Using the Blocklist option, specific websites are blocked while all other URLs remain accessible.

Important: URL Filtering is only applicable on Google Chrome. It will not function on any other browser. Ensure Chrome is set as the default browser on the kiosk device.

How to Access

  1. Log in to the Quantem Console

  2. From the left-hand navigation, click on Kiosk

  3. Either create a new kiosk or select an existing kiosk profile to edit

  4. Inside the kiosk profile, click on Settings in the top-right corner

  5. On the Settings page, click on URL Filtering from the left-side settings menu
